Adam Anthony Brown has been appointed Managing Director, assuming responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of the business.
As part of the transition, Richard Brown will become Chairman after 26 years as Managing Director, while John Clapham will continue supporting the company in his role as Founder. The changes reflect a planned succession process that combines continuity, experience, and fresh perspectives, positioning LabLogic strongly for the future.
Having spent 13 years with the company in leadership roles spanning marketing, sales, and operations, Adam has played a key role in LabLogic's growth and development. His appointment forms part of a wider leadership structure designed to support the company's long-term ambitions.
