We’re thrilled to share our journey of transforming this disused building into 8 stunning apartments for city centre living! 🏗️✨ As developers, every day brings new challenges, lessons, and hidden gems waiting to be discovered in these old walls.

Originally designed as 8 one-bedroom apartments, we’ve embraced the character of the building and reimagined the space to create a much more functional and stylish environment. 💡✨ With a mix of cozy two-bedroom layouts, open-plan living areas, and breathtaking high vaulted ceilings, we’re proud to bring a fresh perspective to urban living.

And let’s not forget the magical addition of a mezzanine level that adds even more charm and versatility to these homes! 🏡❤️

What an amazing experience we had yesterday to support Ashton in his African adventure which gave me the opportunity to play on the same pitch as my eldest son which is a dream for any dad who loves football

We are one of Ashtons sponsors on this adventure but he needs more help to reach his goal

Ashton has been given an amazing opportunity to travel to Kenya to support some of the poorest areas.

The schools he will be working with will give the poorest children access to a full nursery and primary education.

He will travel to Kenya with African Adventures in July 2025 & be given the opportunity to help teach in classrooms, coach sports and get involved in building programmes, these focus on developing key infrastructure in schools.

A once in a lifetime opportunity & experience to help others.
