So this bathroom rip out had a really bad case of dry rot the spores was everywhere so had a complete rip out including clearing and treating all the sub floor from contamination, brand new joists and flooring installed, plastered all ready for new tiling to be installed (the old joist pictures arnt for the squeamish 😨)
