In construction, strength is often measured by how much you can carry, how long you can keep going and how well you can handle the pressure.
But nobody should have to carry everything alone.

Behind every site, every programme, every deadline and every finished job are people with families, pressures, worries and lives outside of work.

Sometimes the person who looks like they’re coping is the one who needs someone to notice.

So this is a reminder to check in properly.
Not just when something seems wrong.
Not just when it’s too late.
But as part of how we look after each other in this industry.
