Recently completed cellar conversion which included taking up damaged York stone flags and a bit of digging to get more head height, before a new concrete floor was laid. Breathable felt was used along the walls of the cellar to prevent damp getting in and stud walls were built and insulated with 100mm rigid insulation before being plasterboarded and skimmed. New lighting and sockets were installed as well.
