🏛️✨ Exciting transformation at the NHS Brincliffe House in Sheffield!

We completed a full refurbishment of this Grade 2 listed building, both inside and out.

**Internally:** Fresh decoration, new security shutter windows, suspended ceilings, updated flooring, a brand-new server room, fire barriers, modern lighting, and extra sockets for new meeting rooms and storage.

**Externally:** We installed new roof coverings, refurbished dormer windows, tackled major repairs, rebuilt roof pinnacles, upgraded gutters and fascias, and restored significant stone walls. We also tarmacked driveways and replaced external doors, creating a new storage room with electric shutters—all while ensuring the building remained functional and occupied by staff!

Special care was taken to use specified materials for window replacements and repairs to the finials in line with its listing.

Proud of this achievement! 🛠️👏

🚪✨ Under our MTC agreement with we successfully designed and built a new entrance in the main lobby that meets fire regulations with a unique 2-hour rated automatic door!

This project faced challenges, but we collaborated with specialised companies to ensure the proper testing and certification.

The refurbishment was completed on time and within budget, just in time for the new student term! Proud to have achieved Europe’s first 2-hour fire-rated automatic doors! 🎉🔒

HELP HUBS OOH REFURBISHMENT ✨ Exciting updates! ✨

During this project we relocated and refreshed the Help Hub at the Adsetts Library main entrance on level 4, as well as the Charles Street main entrance and Student Services reception. This includes alterations, new decor, updated flooring, and re-carpeting at both locations!

This is just a glimpse of the project; as the principal contractors, we followed the full specifications and drawings provided by . Stay tuned for more updates! 🚀📚
