Long term rat problem you will never solve unless you bother to look properly. Builders had left redundant lateral allowing rats into property. Treatment now underway proofing issues to be addressed.

Dye testing drains due to rats gaining access into property from drain fault.

Attended property due to rats sighted in garden following inspection redundant lateral uncapped allowing rats to exit into garden. When drains checked rat found now removed and line capped to prevent future issues.

Attended property for reports of mice but upon inspection rats found to be the problem. Drain inspection showed how bad some builders are the finish was one of the worst iv seen. And a dream for rats, treatment now underway repairs to follow.
