We have recently fitted this new Wren kitchen for a fantastic customer!! with metro tile splashback and smoke coloured grout. This has completely transformed the space from the previous dated kitchen to this more modern look! We and the customer are very pleased with the outcome.

No job to big! No job to small! Always attention to detail from ACP Builders And Property Maintenance LTD check the transformation on this old render installed incorrectly below the damp course with many cracks allowing water ingress. So removed, meshed with stainless steel lathe on a bell drip flare at the correct height with the right trims before a 4-1-1 sand, lime, cement scratch coat and then matching mixed top coat. Then as fresh render should have a stabilizing solution applied twice before a watered down mist coat and two final top coats in our fantastic customers colour of choice! We think this has transformed the property as the customer does.remember ACP for all your building needs!

Here is the before and after of a 300mm stone wall knock through to open up the kitchen and utility room. New concrete pier with double egineering brick course for pad stones to support the lintles specified by the structural engineer. We and the customers are very pleased with how much it has opened up the space ready for a new kitchen layout to follow! Remember ACP for all your building needs

Here is the before and after on a large re rendering job we have just completed in West runton. All render removed,then stainless steel mesh fitted to the brickwork with stainless steel fixings before applying a sand,lime,cement scratch coat and top coat. Pictures of an extension we have just completed for some truly amazing clients, new drains also installed to take the new ensuite/utility room. As you can see the extension truly blends in so well with the original property and really looks amazing with the matching pitched roof and lead box gutter. Plastered beautifully by Joe Preston and decorated by us to the customers specification with new flooring to match the existing and cupboards for extra storage with built in washing machine.we at ACP are very pleased with the final result as are the customers
