Great progress being made at the Greenbank project.
The rain is slowing play today, but it’s still good to see the steelwork and timber frame really starting to take shape.

Days like this can be frustrating on site, but the build is moving forward well and it’s exciting to see the structure coming together.

Another office fit out in Portsmouth is nearly over the line ✅

Walls are up, ceilings and lighting are finished, and we’re into final snagging and finishing touches. The glazing is ready to go in once the frame is primed, and decoration starts next week — bringing everything together ready for handover.

A garden room built to last – not just to look good.

We’re currently creating a high-spec garden room alongside one of our new builds – and as always, it’s built to a standard far above the norm.

Clad in cream with a pressure-treated timber frame, this structure is fully insulated with 90mm PIR – making it a true all-season space. Unlike many on the market, we build with 4x2 in the walls and 6x2 in the floor and roof, ensuring long-term strength and durability.

We use a one-piece rubber roof system to eliminate the risk of failure, and our design includes ventilation both beneath the building and through the roof structure, preventing condensation and moisture buildup.

Built like a home, not a shed.
