When tank builders supply you cheap pipework and bulkheads that don’t even fit the pipes so not water tight, put a support beam right under the drilled holes so no room for pipework, and send instructions that don’t make any sense or possible because of the way the tank has been built…. Call Aquariums 2 Art to rectify it 🤗

Pure aquarium clarity for Adam and his fresh water tropical aquarium.

Adam contacted Aquariums 2 Art for a refresh and re scape but also to help conquer the continues algae issue that has been haunting his aquarium and plants. After checking several water parameters that we working on together to correct, improved flow, lighting to a more suitable timescale and par we will have this looking just how it should week in week out.

Part 1 of this customers saltwater reef aquarium and its recovery back to its former glory.

This is a .aquatics Re**er 625 xxl and unfortunately due to high phosphate and poor flow from a previous rock scape, the hair algae and Cyanobacteria has got out of control.

First things first getting a big water change done to dramatically drop the nutrients built up and all rock out and completely scrubbed down to give it a fresh start.

A .aquatics reefmat installed to help with future clarity and assist the customer with maintenance between my visits, but also remove any build up and waste from the sump to help lower and control the nitrates and phosphates.

An incredible before and after of this saltwater marine aquarium.

The customer unfortunately had fallen victim to a busy life and business but didn’t want to let the reef aquarium go.

This was a full empty, deep clean of the aquarium, all live rock removed and scrubbed down, aquarium glass scrubbed and hand bladed, substrate cleaned and rinsed, equipment serviced and 2 of the most perfect clown fish we have ever seen added all on the same day.

Now ready for regular aquarium maintenance to return this to the perfect reef aquarium in the office.

Every appointment has the same goal. To return the aquarium back to its best possible condition and making it look like a brand new setup….. this aquarium and set up was 3 years old 🤗

Today’s customers before and after on their freshwater aquarium.

Full substrate change and rescape along with the worst vinyl back I have ever had the pleasure of fitting.

Scaped with natural river sand, rustic slate, spider wood and finished off with 20 Anubias plants. 🌱
