It's been a great week, here are just some of the things we've been upto...

➡️ Quarterly EOS session completed with some clear targets to tackle Empire Construction Group ✅️

➡️ A successful OS&B meeting where the board agreed to purchase some equipment for those children that are in need, great society doing great things ✅️

➡️ Wickers gymnastics board meeting, lots of planning for the future of the club, great things to come for all ✅️

➡️ Tender enquiries, land enquiries all leading to positive things. Now to get them over the line ✅️

➡️ Commercial property acquisition meeting complete, next steps have been defined 💪✅️

➡️ Record breaking sales figure achieved for , well done to the team ✅️

➡️ Successful interview carried out to grow the team at Pear Properties ✅️

If only we had more time! 😅🤦

🏢 Block 6 South Street, Worthing 🏢. Top two floors near on completion now, carpets down ✅, flooring down ✅, doors on ✅, kitchens fitted ✅, painting done ✅, bathrooms fitted ✅. Last push now to get the final floors complete 💪🏻 then we will be handing over the keys to some very excited owners 🔑 watch this space for completion photos next week of Block 7 😍🥳 🏡

❤️ Great to see our logo up at our sponsorship for Eastbrook Primary Academy in Southwick. ❤️. Our sponsorship as well as many others goes to supporting the school and the PTA in providing educational enrichment experiences for all children 🙏. Funding is always so important for schools and communities and it’s great to be able to be a part of supporting and raising some well needed funds for the local school 🥳 The school fair will be on from 3-6.30pm this Friday,

🏢 Block 6 South Street 🏢. Where has the time gone 🏃🏼it’s been a while since our last post but we have been pushing on with Block 6 and here is the progress 😍💪🏻😍. Kitchens are being installed ✅ , painting underway ✅, second fix electrics in full swing ✅, tiling nearly complete ✅, and only the last couple of bathrooms left to be fitted ✅. It really won’t be long now till this whole project will be finished 😀 we’ve had some tough obstacles to get through but we are coming out the other side 🥳

🏢 Block 6 South Street, Worthing 🏢. The last few weeks we have made some amazing progress and have hit some great milestones 😍. Lift installation has begun ✅, dry riser is being fitted ✅, kitchens and bathrooms underway ✅, tape and jointing pushing on ✅, walls being sprayed ✅, roof nearly complete ✅ and finishing installation of the balcony doors ✅. So much has moved on over the last few weeks, that the completion of this project is in the not so distant future 😃, can’t wait to see all these flats occupied by happy families very soon 💛

🏢 Block 6 South Street, Worthing 🏢. Wow 😮 Block 6 is looking on fire 🔥. Scaffolding has come down ✅, bird protection fitted ✅, doors and windows installed ✅, tape and jointing well underway ✅. Such a huge milestone taking down the front scaffolding and it’s looking insanely beautiful in the spring sunshine ☀️ counting down the weeks till they will be filled with happy homeowners 🙏

This week we have pushed on massively 💪🏻Jointing and preparation for decorating has commenced ✅, baths going in ✅, stud work fully underway ✅, wall boarding ✅ and flat roofing and tiling looking the nuts 😍. This Block is flying ✈️ less problems to overcome means this block will be complete in no time at all 🙌🏻

🏢 Block 6 South Street, Worthing 🏢. Great to see so much has changed in the last 7 days 😍. All new windows and doors in along with the existing ones fixed and tidied up ✅ tape and jointing fully underway ✅ block work looking 👌, opening ready for AOV install ✅, everything ready for the utilities to go in now too ✅. Such an easy block to work on, and this is evident in the progress over the last few weeks 😊. The Team are smashing through these 13 flats 🤛 and we cannot wait to see them come to life over the next couple of months 😍

🏢 Block 6 South Street, Worthing 🏢. Another week down, and another week of great progress from the team 👷👷🏻‍♀️. Flats are ready for tape and jointing ✅, stud work walls flying up ✅, front dormers glistening in the sunshine ✅ and flat roof is fully underway now ✅. Won’t be long and these 13 flats will be ready for occupancy 🥳 just in time to enjoy the summer sun and cocktails on the beach 🏝 🍹 ☀️

🏢 Block 6 South Street, Worthing 🏢. This block has moved on so much in the last couple of weeks 🥰. All new windows installed and gleaming 😍, the new roof continuing to push on ✅, 1st fix electrics fully underway by ✅ and first fix plumbing coming along nicely too by ✅. Spring sunshine peering through in these photo’s ☀️ won’t be long and these flats will be full of life and people making memories just in time for summer to begin down by the sea 🌊 ☀️🥰

🏢Block 6 South Street, Worthing 🏢. Great progress on Block 6 over that last week 😍. Steels have been delivered and bug in being installed ✅, windows are being fitted ✅ first fix electrics fully underway ✅, and more timber than you can imagine going up for the roof ✅. It really won’t be long till the tin roof is off 🥰🙏 great too see the sun peeping through on these photos, spring time is on its way ☀️
