Retail Sales Assistant (Till & Shop Floor)
Forecourt Convenience Store – SY5 9LE

We are looking for a reliable and friendly team member to join our busy forecourt convenience store on a contract of 24 - 32
hours per week + holiday cover.

What you’ll be doing:

• Operating the till and providing excellent customer service
• Processing fuel payments and serving customers quickly and accurately
• Helping to keep the shop floor fully stocked – putting away deliveries, replenishing shelves, and keeping the store tidy
• Assisting with general shop duties (lotto, paypoint, cigarette gantry, hot food/drink service, etc.)
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all times

The ideal candidate:
• Has previous retail or customer-facing experience (preferred but not essential – full training given)
• Can work at a fast pace during busy periods
• Is happy to work a mixture of early, late and weekend shifts (rotas planned in advance)

What we offer:

• 24-32 hours per week
• Weekly pay
• Holiday per year (pro-rata)

• Previous experience in a bakery cafe, or kitchen. (Preferred but not essential – full training given)

• Basic food knowledge (or willingness to obtain)
