The most impressive job to date ! This oak orangery with link out door kitchen/ seating area was a absolute pleasure to work on. The perfect addition to any family making life easy to entertain inside or out. Even winter is a treat with under floor heating to keep everyone toasty.
All set within the new perimeter walls with curved step set and paved every where with limestone slabs.

What didn’t we do here. In the most beautiful location I’ve ever had the privilege to work. We took this tired river side cottage and turned it into a dream home. With a steel inside to open out for a new kitchen, new utility/boot room with wc all with new tiles leading through to a new entrance to the beautiful oak garden room, the oak garden room was installed with full under floor heating, slate roof with 3 opening sky lights , full electrics, plastered and finished with tiles and oak skirting. Outside we cut a door out on the side to create a new entrance. We then built an oak porch around with tiles matching the utility to make a stylish and and practical entrance. We also built a large raised patio area which was paved in porcelain tiles. Off this we built 2 step sets also topped off in porcelain. New lighting was installed around the property so it looks amazing in the day and the night.Then just to finish it off it had new facia, soffit and gutter with replacement of rotting boards and rafters where necessary.

An amazing project and a pleasure to help create this dream home. 🤩🤩🤩🪚🔨🧱🤩🤩🤩

Full project- oak framed garden room with a link to the original building. Completed with underfloor heating and all copper sockets switches and lights which compliment the oak perfectly. Patio and dry stone wall materials re used to give the impression it’s always been there.

It was a pleasure to build this fantastic project which has enhanced the clients lifestyle immeasurably by adding nearly 50% of the original footprint to her house.

Turning a humble semi-detached house into a modern dream home!

This one has it all. Extension, huge steels, roof lights, 6meter bifold , underfloor heating throughout the ground floor, new modern kitchen, full width curved step set, porcelain patio ,new deck area and all finished off by the customer with a stylish interior to make you the envy of the street. 🤩🤩🤩🤩

A full project side extension over 3 levels- An impressive house extended to create a new kitchen living area on a grand scale. With the first floor creating a new master suite and the second floor a new bedroom. As you can see from the photos , a few years on and the addition would be hard to distinguish from the original footprint. 🧱🔨🪚🤩
