To help you plan ahead for the busy Christmas period, please see our recommended order cut-off dates below:

• Sea Freight: 5.00pm on 21st September

• Train Freight: 5.00pm on 2nd October

Please note that orders must be in production by these dates. This means all drawings must be approved, any outstanding queries resolved, and payments processed before the relevant cut-off.

For custom colours and special shapes, please allow an additional 2 weeks.

As always, these dates are provided as a guide rather than a guarantee. While we work closely with our logistics partners to achieve these delivery times, unforeseen delays to sea or rail freight can occasionally occur. We recommend taking this into account when setting expectations with your customers.

Please note: Christmas order cut-off dates for our UK Made ranges (Mayfair and Battersea) will be confirmed separately once available.
