Retained clients are important to us and I’m sure they are to you too. But for us, it goes beyond repeat business.

It’s a sign that we’ve done a good job, that we’re trusted, and that our clients know we’ll go above and beyond when they need us.

Yes, revenue keeps the business running, but retained clients are the reason we do what we do. Their continued confidence is the real measure of our work.

This wouldn’t be possible without our committed team, who regularly attend site visits, work out of hours when required, and consistently deliver to the highest standard.

A genuine thank you to both our clients and the people behind the scenes who make that trust possible.

FM Division Update

Our team recently completed the removal of a timber walkway and kickboards along the slurry tank access routes.

We’ve replaced the old system with W100 galvanised mesh flooring, a solution that’s long lasting, weather resistant, safer underfoot, lower maintenance, and structurally more reliable.

This work was carried out for one of our long standing retained clients, and we’re pleased to continue supporting them with durable, high quality improvements across their site

Eastchurch Construction are performing for one night and one night only at the famous Wembley Stadium!

Only joking but this project could give it a run for its money.

We’re full steam ahead on this canopy system installation, and the team are making great progress on site.

Keep an eye out for updates and the finished result soon.

We’re talking about the B word and no it’s not the gloomy budget. It’s bees.

As many of you know we’re proud sponsors of a beehive here in Kent in partnership with Nichols Nectar, supporting the health and sustainability of local pollinators.

As winter sets in, bee colonies face significant challenges. Honeybees don’t hibernate, instead they cluster together inside the hive, generating heat by shivering their muscles and relying on stored honey to get them through the colder months.

Winter can be a difficult period for colonies, with low population levels, viruses, and limited nutrition all putting pressure on hive health.

Supporting organisations like Nichols Nectar helps ensure these vital pollinators are protected year
round.

When Maintenance Meets Construction

A collapsed drain run beneath a concrete slab was creating serious Health & Safety risks on our client’s site.

Our Maintenance and Construct divisions worked together to replace the drainage run and install a new concrete slab within just 5 days, minimising disruption to site logistics and keeping operations safe.

Huge thanks to both teams for their speed, expertise, and seamless collaboration, showing what’s possible when divisions work together.

Maintenance Division Highlights

Our Maintenance Division has been incredibly busy over the past few months, here are just a few of the projects we’ve been working on:

* Following a recent FRA audit at one of our client’s sites, our team replaced multiple fire doors to ensure full compliance with fire safety regulations.
* Out with the old, in with the new. New UPVC windows installed and the office exterior given a fresh coat of paint.
* Site presentation is key. The team carried out strimming, weeding, and hedge clearing along a 200m bank using an excavator with a flower mower for larger areas, and manual strimming for the hard to reach spots, all while adhering to strict harness safety protocols.
* Speed bumps installed to improve safety across the site.

A huge thank you to our maintenance team for their hard work, dedication, and attention to detail, your efforts keep our client sites safe, functional, and looking their best.
