BAM - Aspire School

BAM - Aspire School BAM is designing and building a new school at Vellum Drive, Sittingbourne.

The single-storey teaching block will accommodate up to 168 pupils aged 4-11 years old, with a number of specialist teaching facilities including soft play and sensory integration.

we have just been informed that KCC have approved the opening notice for EPL&R (gas) to make the road crossing and conect the gas to the Aspire school project.
They will be adhearing to govenment guidlines and carrying out their works governed by the highways and streetworks act and therfore controlling their own works outside of our site boundary. we hope that their planning doesnot lead to too much disruption entering and exiting Vellum Drive. their works will take approximatly 4days unless obstructions or unforeseeable problems occur.

on Monday 4th November we have to put traffic management out on the east side of Vellum Drive in order to carry out the sewer conection which, some time ago was built into the foot crossing by the roundabout. the disruption should only take a week so please bare with us and we will reopen the footpath as soon as possible.

As promissed we provided parking on site and it has cleared the road for other users. thankyou for being patient.
