Customers house had been badly affected by leaking concrete gutters. We had to remove all salt contaminated plaster and prop up the roof with scaffolding so we could remove the roof plate timber which was affected by wet rot. We replaced the roof plate with a pre treated timber and treated the surrounding timbers with a fungal treatment. Used a salt neutraliser on the masonry and re plastered. Customer was over the moon 😁
