SMASHED IT 70lb LOST £1440 TO DONATE

Well what a journey we’ve had! 8 weeks full on training with no breaks. Hats off to Ben Taylor to lose that much weight over a short period of time at the weight he was is another level. The lad went through hell.
This isn’t a healthy way to train but it was for charity and we competed to the very end.
We covered over 2000 miles on a bike and 500 miles on the treadmill.
I mainly did keto with very limited sugar and low carbs with Ben eating chicken and rice 3 times a day only…Also
Thank you to Sophie Towler and Florence Taylor for putting up with us

Can’t believe I’m doing this but do love a challenge , so me and Ben Taylor have been bulking for last 10 years 🤦‍♂️ we have decided to do a 8 week training camp we have a combine weight of 450lb , for every pound we lose Dynamic doors ltd will donate £20 to a local charity end on 1st march … wish us luck

We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join our family run business for a multi- disciplined engineer covering the Kent, London and surrounding counties. We have over 25 years' experience in providing security solutions including shutters gates, ,barriers and automated systems.

Senior Engineer role will involve

Service ,PPMs and repair of industrial doors and gates throughout the Kent, London and surrounding counties
Taking part in out of hours works, for the purpose of covering breakdowns and emergency calls.
Carrying out site surveys for the purpose of measuring up for proposed jobs.
Liaising with clients whilst on-site, providing a point of contact.
Working your contracted hours along with overtime as required.
To be considered for the role of the Engineer, we would prefer you to have;

at least 3 years experience in the installation maintenance and repair is required.
Dhf gate safety awareness ( not essential)
A full UK driving license
Located within southeast
The role for the Engineer will offer;

An excellent basic salary package, dependent on experience and qualifications.
Enhanced overtime rates
Excellent standby (£150pw and £20 per call out fee)
20 days' annual leave in addition to Bank Holidays.
Company pension
A company vehicle, uniform and regular updated training opportunities
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £33,000.00-£40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
Overtime
