Our Story

Our key aim in business is to delight our Clients, achieve their aspirations and provide them with the service they demand of a building services and energy consultancy.

We pride ourselves on our unique and flexible personal approach to each and very project, which has made QuinnRoss a stand out performer from other building services consultants, no project being too small or too large.

QuinnRoss Consultants was founded in 1998 by Derek Quinlan and Jeremy Prosser, following many years of management roles in traditional large building services consulting engineering practices, in order to fill the gap on the lack of professional services available on small to medium sized projects at sensible fees.

Since then, under the leadership of Sam Quinlan, Paul Vine and Kevin Willoughby, the practice has grown to furthermore accommodate the full spectrum of sectors and large scale projects for both traditional clients and design & build contractors.
