Fresh start on site at bentham for 2x detached 3 beds. Bit of a tight site for manoeuvring and storage so had to start at the back with a large 45m long retaining wall next to the beck at bottom of the garden. Footings dug, piled and concreted on the first one allowing us to get the blockwork and floor beams on. 2nd one just being piled 👌🏻

The arched window at the top let’s in loads of light, and on a sunny day like yesterday, makes the house feel very open and spacious.

Thanks to pendle stone supplies coming up trumps with the curved stone for the arch window. Leaving a 10mm rebate to hide the steel catnic works a treat! A tidy job tying the stonework into the arch too. Credit where credits due, shout out to Carl one of the brickies, great job!
