* re-location of door & door casing (ensuring integrity of original door is maintained)
* creating raised floor & stud wall to house toilet cubicle & shower cubicle
* installation of electric underfloor heating
* installation of wet floor system to shower cubicle
* installation of wall mounted toilet with concealed cistern
* creation of decorative alcoves with back lighting
* floor & wall tiling (3d brick effect tiles to walls in toilet / shower cibicles
* very large (8’ x 4’) tiles installed behind wash stand (holes formed in one of these tiles for taps & waste)
* new lighting installed
All electrics, plumbing, joinery & tiling carried out by me
