Out with the old and in with the new! Another job completed earlier in the year. This was a testing job for us with lots of things thrown up to over come due to the SIPS design and the VERY wet weather but it turned out an amazing home. Demolishing the existing house to unveil the new gorgeous bungalow was particularly satisfying!

Another job completed in the last year, this job was a complete rip out and start again job. All internal walls on first floor removed and a few on ground floor too completely changing the lay out of the house. We cut in four new big dorma windows, re tiled the roof, fitted all new aluminium doors and windows and installed composite cladding to the new dormas, new porch and the what was the garage. Very happy with the outcome.

One of our largest projects to date and an 80m3 concrete pour to start off the week. This bungalow is going to be a SIPS panel spec with brick skin to the exterior and will be amazing when finished, with an open courtyard in the middle and stunning views across the walled garden. More pics to follow throughout the project. Big thanks to my groundwork’s team Ben Martin and Ollie Coulam as usual and to East Midlands Flowscreed for their hard work on the pump today.

This is one to watch, all in all this is one of the biggest jobs to date. With two story extensions going on both ends of the already huge property this will be an amazing place when finished. We have the foundations and sub floor in for one end extension now we are putting in the foundations for a garden wall and block and beam path and huge patio.
