We specialise in the complex manufacture of injection moulded parts for industries where precision is non-negotiable.

Our team brings over five decades of experience to every project, handling everything from standard polymers to specialised micromoulding and two-shot processes.

By utilising ISO7 and ISO8 cleanrooms and a fleet of all-electric machinery, we ensure that every component meets the rigorous standards required for medical and engineering applications.

When a client needed to scale an IVD device for detecting serious bacterial infections, we didn’t just automate a pilot process — we engineered the product for manufacture and assembly from the outset.

Through Design for Manufacture (DfM) and Design for Assembly (DfA), our NPI team transformed a lab-based concept into a robust, repeatable industrial process.

The solution: a 23-station fully automated assembly system incorporating laser processing, load cell verification, advanced vision inspection and 100% functional testing — operating within an ISO 7 cleanroom environment.

From Design Qualification (DQ) and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) through to OQ and PQ validation, the project delivered not just automation — but a fully validated, scalable manufacturing platform.

The result is a seamless transition from a lab-based concept to a fully automated industrial solution.

We are looking to recruit a multi skilled maintenance engineer responsible for performing preventive maintenance activities and responding to breakdowns.

Often working in a cleanroom environment providing technical expertise to fault find, maintain and continually improve automated injection moulding equipment, ancillary equipment and assembly processes.

You will also be required to provide assistance to the New Product Introduction team implementing changes to existing equipment as well as new installations.

To be successful, you will need engineering experience within a manufacturing environment, with particular skills in fault finding and problem solving.

Experience with any of the following would be an advantage:
