Progress pics from a garage conversion and internal alterations project we are currently working on in Tividale.
Garage door opening bricked up, drainage for new toilet/shower and utility room installed, new insulated concrete floor, roof lifted and completely replaced, structural works completed, bifolds installed and internal stud wall works done.
Now on to first fix electrics/plumbing and plasterboarding

Recent progress at Dorridge. Existing kitchen area ceilings insulated, fully boarded and skimmed. New windows and bifolds installed, roofs starting to go on and blockwork cut ups completed

Been a busy few weeks on our Dorridge extension. First floor joists and floor installed, second lift brickwork done, scaffolding lifted ready for final brickwork and internal works started

Kitchen refit, new worktops, tiled floor and splashback, installed wall panelling along with a full bathroom rip out and re-fit in Bearwood

What a difference a few weeks of decent weather can make. Floor concreted and first lift of brickwork almost complete in Dorridge

This week’s progress....Foundation dig finished and signed off by Building Control, concrete poured, walls built up to damp course level, existing kitchen floor broken out and steel beam installation started for new bifold doors
