Honestly, this has made my day.I was totally lost for words when I read this post - which if you know me is very unusual indeed 😂

Collaboration over competition

In an industry with a reputation for slimy sales tactics, BS discounts and bun fights to the bottom it’s rare to witness anyone actually engaging in real life collaborative efforts…

So I would like to publicly show my allegiance to one of the good guys in the hot tub world.

This absolute legend is Stacey and with her husband Paul and their daughter Megan they own Hot Tub and Spa, Solihull.

This woman has not only become my closest confidant and dear friend but she is an ally in a world full of complete tools.

Yesterday I welcomed them and one of their customers to my showroom to test some products they didn’t have on display themselves, this isn’t the first time it’s happened and it won’t be the last.

I had the best day at Hot Tubs Rock yesterday doing proper wet tests.

Trying products in the water so I can explain them to customers from real experience not just off a spec sheet.

Wet testing is everything when you're investing in your wellness. You can't spec sheet your way to the right decision.

The good news, you can wet test our products too! We just need to book you in so we have everything ready 😀. If you're considering a hot tub or swim spa and you'd like to feel the seats, jets, swim for yourself, just message and we will talk you through the options.

Does it matter?

Does aftercare matter?

Does water care support matter?

Does warranty matter?

Does insulation matter?

Does massage matter?

Please visit us before making a decision on what hot tub buy, it literally breaks my heart when you come in for chemicals and I see the disappointment in your eyes as it wasn't a Sundance Spas UK .

It is easy to see the difference but my goodness come and wet test, the jets will blow your mind!
