Ground works, services, footings and ground floor on new build in Leicester

Hollow core floor all gone in and stairs fitted to a new build house, due to site position and a bridge limiting access, we had to use 2 cranes, 1 being a spider crane to get floor on and in place.
First floor now being built using ICF method of construction

Good first few weeks on an ICF extension in Kidderminster, loads done including demolition, footings, ground work, damp course and slab and also had time to start the ICF wall build.

Different stages of the roof build for the basement project completed few weeks back. Conservatory and pod light to go on roof section. Great use of available space and looking forward to additional work being completed.

Basement build just started, ready for the concrete slab pour this week. 3.2 metre dig out and making great use of available space and planning. Conservatory going on top of basement and playroom and cinema room in the basement.
