Apologies for the silence over our socials recently,

We have been busy keeping your lifts, ramps, winches, electronic ; seat bases & side steps ,
and other adaptations compliant and most importantly , working correctly !

Further to attending courses to broaden our knowledge on the latest products available in the UK and expanding our range of available services, and area of coverage 🌍

We have also worked behind the installations, call-outs and service schedules to create our new website -

Which we hope will make things easier for our current and new customers to find us @ WAVES !

In the midlands for a lift which required a hydraulic cylinder replacement on the driveway!

After a local company suggested this needed to be completed in a workshop, the concerns from our customer who has many appointments to attend became apparent when we were called ☎️

Roadside, No problem 👌🏼

A customer called to report their lift had failed when trying to leave a campsite to go home.

After immediately attending to investigate the issue, a pool of oil and a hole found in a hydraulic hose… The lift was manually stowed so the vehicle could be driven and the hose removed, ready to be replaced.

A new hose supplied by HJC Hydraulics ☑️

With the new hose re-fitted on the return visit, hydraulic system bled for air and a weight test to verify ☑️

This customers accessible campervan is back on the road!

An evening in Poole carrying out a repair to this customer’s six way seat base. After arriving earlier this afternoon to their caravan.. to find that they were now stuck in the vehicle, was not ideal!

Now they are able to transfer to and from their drivers seat/wheelchair and enjoy their holiday 👌🏼
