🟠 We recently supplied a lightweight EUROmat temporary works vehicle setup for one of our valued geotechnical clients in Nottinghamshire.

With landowner requirements and site-specific RAMS in place, a temporary ground protection area was needed to support vehicle parking while contractors carried out essential works on a planned 100-acre solar farm.

Using our lightweight Isokon EUROmats, our team was able to install the system by hand in just 90 minutes, ensuring a safe, efficient, and ready-to-use parking area with minimal disruption.

At Formula 1 Silverstone 2024, Track Matz supported the official World Champion, Lando Norris' merchandise store by supplying our medium duty EUROmats to create a safe and reliable pedestrian walkway throughout the race weekend.

By utilising the pedestrian side of our double-sided mats, we ensured smooth foot traffic and maintained full wheelchair accessibility, helping fans access the store safely, no matter the conditions.

🟠 Spare a thought for anyone cleaning trackway and ground protection mats this week!

At Track Matz, we provide a dry hire service on our medium-duty EUROmats, giving clients full control over how the mats are used throughout their project.

Our mats weigh between 35kg and 44kg each, are laid by hand, and connect using our 2-way and 4-way connection system for a secure and adaptable installation.

With recommended loadings from 1–44 tonnes (ground conditions dependent), EUROmats are a versatile solution used across a wide range of sectors — from events and temporary car parks to full site compounds and construction access routes.

🟠 The Approach:

Track Matz recently supplied our Medium Duty EUROmats to a large construction company based in London. The client required a 400m temporary haul road to provide safe and reliable access for plant machinery and other site traffic throughout the project.

To further enhance site safety and organization, a separate pedestrian walkway was installed alongside the haul road, ensuring clear separation between vehicles and foot traffic.

A safer, more efficient working environment, with improved traffic management and reduced risk across the site.

With the winter weather and seemingly endless rain, we recently utilised our medium duty EUROmats to create a temporary car park solution for a large stately home during their busiest seasonal periods throughout the autumn and winter months.

By installing the EUROmats, we were able to more than double the existing parking capacity, providing a durable and reliable surface despite the challenging ground conditions. This allowed the venue to comfortably accommodate increased visitor numbers and welcome more customers through the door during peak times.

Access road and site compound set up in the North of England for one of our valued Civil Engineering clients. Clean, Tidy and efficient set up using our 100% recycled ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) Trackway panels.

Primarily used for HGV access, stripping out and loading in aggregates to site, with a 100t mobile crane also a regular over the panels.

* Double sided for Vehicles or Pedestrians.
