✅️First fix electrics are now complete
✅️Lathe and plaster ceilings have been removed and replaced with new plasterboard
✅️External walls have been insulated for improved energy efficiency
✅️Party walls have been sound boarded for added acoustic protection
✅️Existing internal wall has been meshed and bonded

Despite no visible progress from the front of our project off Sandhills Road, we’ve been busy out the back. This extension needed piled due to poor ground conditions. Piling and form works well underway with only backfilling and concrete to complete to get this project moving forward.
