New project started at Southampton university working alongside Axis House 💪🏻

Electrical & Plumbing works consist of;

- Strip out existing kitchenette, modify services to new layout and install new Zip tap.
- Isolations and modifications to existing electrical installations with new lighting throughout.
- Adaptions to small power and data.

Office alterations

Work consisted of the following;

Electrical
-Safe isolations and strip out of server room on floor 2.
-Reroute all DATA, CCTV & DE to the floor below, where new server room is located.
-Install distribution board, containment and power supplies to accommodate new server room.
-Install DATA rack, CCTV unit and DE system to new server room.
-Patch all CAT 6 DATA cables and end to end test.
-Alter all floor boxes to accommodate new layout.
-Modify lighting for additional meeting rooms with AV supplies.

Mechanical
-Install 2no AC units in new sever room.
-Alter HVAC/Air flow ducting for additions meeting rooms.

Test, Commission and certify installation.

Great work by the Empire team. Project delivered to a high standard, to programme and clients satisfaction.
