✅ Always have at least one CISRS Advanced Scaffolder running the job (required for all design scaffolds)
✅ Work fully compliant with TG20 and design standards

⚠️ Beware of cowboys – If a temporary roof is erected by unqualified scaffolders, or even without an Advanced Scaffolder present as required, or without proper design, you could be left with:
• Unsafe structures
• No insurance cover if damage occurs (the scaffolder’s liability insurance or even your own building insurance may refuse to pay)
• Delays and costly problems
Your property is too valuable to take risks. Always choose scaffolders who can prove their insurance, qualifications, and design compliance.
