🎉 Topping Out at Noss on Dart Marina 🏗️

We were delighted to welcome colleagues from Ark Group and the wider project team on site to celebrate the topping out of the second of two concrete frames at Phase 2 of our Noss on Dart marina development for Premier Marinas.

This marks a major milestone in a landmark project and is an outstanding example of how Ark Group integrates design, construction, and infrastructure delivery. In collaboration with Premier Marinas and KeyTask Management Ltd, DNA – supported by an expert supply chain – has taken the lead on this complex expansion of the marina’s facilities and services.

Key to our success has been the support from Aurum Construction Services Limited and MESH, who have worked alongside DNA in their role as Construction Manager. Together, we are delivering a fully integrated solution from concept through to completion.

Once complete, Phase 2 will include a 69-key boutique hotel and 41 luxury waterside apartments, all featuring unique elements that honour the heritage of the site.

On a day like today, it’s easy to imagine the striking final development – brought to life by the combined efforts of our project partners and delivery teams – set against the spectacular backdrop of historic Dartmouth and the River Dart.

We have some exciting news to share with you! The Palmerston Court show home at Bovisand Harbour in Plymouth is ready and open for viewings. This is a stunning example of the high-quality workmanship being delivered at Bovisand Harbour, and we are very proud of it. We want to express our gratitude to the trade contractors* who have contributed to the first phase of the development, as well as our own Patrick Cunningham, Scott Dixon, Victoria Sutton and Julian Hendrickx.

DNA South West are delighted to have been engaged by Premier Marinas as their Construction Manager to deliver the procurement and construction of the next phase of their Noss on Dart Development.

As part of an ambitious and ongoing plan to expand both the recently completed marina’s offering and the site’s wider services, enabling works are underway in preparation for the delivery of a 69 Key Boutique Hotel which will include Spa and restaurant facilities, along with a block of 41 luxury Apartments. The Hotel itself has been designed to reflect the appearance of the original shipbuilders and engineers building that previously occupied the site and will contain features, like the gantry crane, within its communal areas.

DNA South West will be working alongside Keytask Management, who are providing project management and cost consultancy services, and a team of specialist design consultants including Studio Moren, Arup, H***e Lea, Squid Inc and Jestico + Whiles to deliver what will be an outstanding Hotel and Residential Scheme in a challenging and beautiful location.
