Earlier today, Matthew Chase, proud owner of FE Chase & Son Limited, and I attended the Business Breakfast at the brand new Fareham Live Theatre and Arts Centre! It was fantastic to hear about the Town Centre regeneration plans, get a sneak peek at the amazing new theatre, and connect with other local businesses.

We are pleased to have just received confirmation of the pending award of a new project to our company by an existing client. Details will be released in due course but the year long contract will be on a site very near to our base in Warsash and will be the most local contract we would've worked on for some years.

Our site in Totton for New Forest District Council is now well underway with Speedeck Foundations preparing for the insitu concrete pour of the ground floor. The scheme of 12 new flats is due to be completed in Autumn of this year.

Not posted completion photos before but as the 12mth defects period is now complete here are a few images of the scheme of 29 dwellings which we constructed for Metis Homes in the lovely West Sussex town of Midhurst. The £5.2M project was handed over fully in August 2021 and included both private and affordable rent tenure properties.

Second new project to announce is our appointment to construct a single new house on a site in Botley, Southampton for a private client. Works due to start in the coming weeks with completion scheduled in late Spring 2023.

We are delighted to confirm the first of several new projects that will be starting in the coming weeks. In Totton, Southampton a £2.5M new build low energy scheme for 12 affordable flats is to be built for New Forest District Council. The new flats have been designed to meet the forthcoming future homes standard, providing a staging point, for the client, on the progression towards net zero carbon. The overall build programme including design lead in is 58 weeks so stay tuned for progress updates. The first operation is the demolition and clearance of the former Testwood Social Club that currently occupies the site.

We are currently experiencing a very busy period of new enquiries but are pleased to be currently tying up a contract for another new build scheme, this time in Totton near the City of Southampton. All will be revealed in the next week or two so stay tuned!😀

A small 4 week contract for us but a contract we are still pleased to be able to assist Paultons Cricket Club with. The works involve the partial demolition and strip out required to their club house building which was target of a mindless and devastating arson attack. This initial phase is to allow the thorough inspection of the structure by the building surveyor and loss adjustor so a decision can be made whether it will need to be full demolished and rebuilt.

NEW SITE STARTING! - We are pleased to confirm next week we will be commencing works to build 11 new houses off Stubbington Lane, Fareham for Fareham Borough Council. The dwellings are all for 'affordable' housing and are situated on a site not far from the sea front of Lee-On-The Solent. Look out for further update posts as works progress.
