After a week and a half of back and forth work with the footings being a tad awkward, we was finally ready to start the splash course last Friday. We had 2 and a half days this week on the brick & block work that we managed to complete ready for our steel delivery tomorrow. Once the steel is on we will be completing the hardcore and concrete for the first part of the floor. After the floor we are all go for the roof structure and to then focus on getting it water tight ready for us to lay the finish floor.

This past week we have been on this lovely patio for a previous customer that we did both extensions for.

After setting out for the patio with the brick walls last year we finally got the chance to get back and lay the slabs for them. The customer really wanted their tree to stay in the patio and explained they would like a circle built around the tree. Now this patio is finished once they are ready they are happy to have us back to continue the patio around the back of the house.

We haven’t posted in a while due to being extremely busy trying to finish what is needed to be before Christmas.

Over the past few weeks we have done a couple of small extensions at our renovation, brick piers, garden walls / retaining walls, repairing block paving, steel work stripping a roof and plenty of days working in the dark.

We have now finally been accepted to be a limited company. Our books are now opening into the end of March and onwards next year.
