📸 Commercial Office Roof Replacement – RAAC Removal & Full Structural Upgrade

Another commercial project completed 💪

This office building required a full roof demolition and replacement due to deteriorating RAAC (Reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) in the existing roof structure.

RAAC has become a serious issue across many commercial and public buildings, and this project involved:

🔹 Full scaffold and temporary weather protection
🔹 Careful demolition and removal of the existing RAAC roof
🔹 Structural timber installation
🔹 New decking and waterproof membrane system
🔹 Full roof rebuild to modern structural standards

The transformation speaks for itself — from exposed and failing roof construction to a fully upgraded, secure and weatherproof system.

Another ground floor extension shell completed by Luma Construction ✔️
