Nearing completion on one of our projects in Leigh-on-Sea. The quartz worktops are being installed next week, ready for the final decorating and finishing touches 👌🏻

This will be a great space for family time and entertaining!

Project complete in Leigh-on-Sea!

Our client absolutely loves her new space, and we are very proud to have delivered it for her.

New loft conversion and large rear extension, where we also installed the new kitchen and click lvt flooring throughout most of the ground floor. She also asked us to relandscape the rear garden, creating a raised patio and beds, with a new lawn area - and a new widened driveway to the front with sweeping pathways.

Very happy all round with a great finish!

Garage project in Benfleet complete!

Handed over to great clients who are going to complete the rendering and roofline themselves, and kept us topped up with coffee all day!

We look forward to seeing it complete, with the new printed concrete driveway which is due to be laid in a few weeks.

Roof complete and ready for the floor screed to be laid next week!
Then the electrics and plastering can start, which will really start bringing this new space together 👌🏻

New project in Benfleet! Garage bolt on to the existing house. Piling and ground beams complete. Block and beam floor on and brickwork boundary wall started! Another one out the ground. 🚗 🏠

Moving along nicely at one of our projects in Leigh-on-Sea.

Flat and mono pitched roof constructed, ready to receive the new Marley modern tiles and velux windows next week.

Internal stud walls almost complete, to create the new ground floor wc and utility room, with the large open plan kitchen/dining area. With the face brick feature wall this is going to be a lovely space.

Looking forward to seeing this come together!

And the monster steels are in! Block and beam floor on yesterday. Anything is possible with the right team 💪 💪

💥 Two weeks into our Leigh project and all the demo is complete. Foundations dug and poured. Blockwork up to dpc with the block and beam floor on site ready to be installed Monday. Soak away dug and all drainage connections made. Team have smashed this one considering everything has had to go through the front door! Even got the patio area based and garden levelled ready for landscaping later on. 😳 roll on the monster steels next week. 💪

Our coggeshall project is now complete with the roof light installed, render done, walls mist coated and ceilings finished ready for the client’s kitchen install. It’s going to look amazing when the finishing touches are complete!

First day complete on our new project in Leigh on sea ✅ Demo started ready to dig the foundations for a new pitched roof extension and knock through with some massive structural steels to install to create a big open plan living space!
