External renovation of a property we have been working on giving it a fresh look during the summer. Working with 🟡Removed the old rotten timber Tudor boards 🟡Replaced with new black composite ones. 🟡External decorating of the render to white. 🟡Fascia and soffits painted black.

Current school project we are working on at . We have been instructed to repair 4 water damaged classrooms. Works consistent of flooring removal, replace damaged ceiling tiles, plaster repairs, decorating and floor laying.

Water damage repair. One of our customers had an unknown leak behind a wall for a long period of time. The leak was found and repaired, then we was appointed get the room back to new again.
We stripped back the floor boards to expose rotten joists and plates. We treated the area to stop any further mould and growth. Supplied and fitted new plates, joists and floor boards. The skirting was not a standard mould so we had these made to match, and finished off with re decorating of the affected area.

🔨🪚 New timber loft ladder fitted for better access to loft storage. Traditional loft openings are usually quite small which makes it difficult to get items in and out and can be dangerous when trying to lift yourself up off the top of a set of steps. New modern loft ladders with hatches are safer and easier to use when accessing loft spaces.

Bathroom renovation, we were appointed to repair damage from a leak on a property above. We stripped out the bath exposed the wall and dried out the area affected. Supplied and fitted new bath, shower, panels, and spot lights. All installed for a new clean bath and shower area.

We recently carried out snagging on this 2 bedroom semi-detached property where we found 59 snags. When buying a new property you want to make sure it’s all like new without any faults.

New valley and box gutter on a property in southend. New lead and valley cut in. Customer called for us to repair a leak, on inspection we was greeted by the work on another company carried out in January, probably some of the worst work we have seen. 🌑🟡We can be contacted by email, phone or a visit to our office. Please know who’s doing your work before letting someone do this.
