An inspection of a ceiling crack that leads to a settlement joint being strained and this ensuite needed a complete overhaul.
After attending to the settlement issue, we were free to give the client the fresh new updated look they decired for their ensuite

This was the fated last job before our dear Vandalf's untimely demise 😥

Here we have a 2 bedroom property with a suspected leak in the bathroom.
Our mission, to freshen the property throughout ready for new tenants.
After some repairs to the walls and woodwork, a fresh coat of paint to all surfaces, new carpets in the bedrooms and New tiled floor and shower tray to finish off this maintenance project.

It has been a sad few weeks 😞 it is with a heavy heart we say good bye and lay to rest one of work beasts.
After a few good years of service and endurance, we say good bye to Vandalf. May her parts help others with their van repairs and keep trades on the road.

It has been a busy week for the team, some more plastering in a few properties to help clients that have been let down last minute.

Blocking up and repointing a chimney stack to help prevent internal damage and birds getting trapped.

A small brick built storage shed to match with existing brickwork, while blocking sight to some pipework and still allowing for access for maintenance.

Today the team has had the pleasure of returning to clients house to help them sort a heavily water damaged kitchen ceiling after some problems with the bathroom grey water waste.

Fortunately we were able to fit the project in promptly for them, and while there, replaced the old lighting wiring and added new downlights aswell as some needed fire insulation and board, and with a freah skim of plaster to finish it off ready for the client to paint in a couple of days.

No job to big, no job too small.

This week team CSF completed a garden project, consisting of a very large piece of astro turf and flower bed to complement it.
