Customer had some rendering done ended up with rising damp and it ruining her k rend

Instead of the customer having to pay for it all to be knocked off we decided to make it a little feature out of the damaged areas

Used pewter grey k rend and rubbed it to a scraped finish

Patched up and sealed for now till we can get back to install a rubber membrane roof with a proper fall

2 hammer drills down but we got there in the end

Customers render had blown dew to movement in the brickwork and damp working its way behind the render also being about 100mm thick

Knocked all the old render off to uncover 2 rotten wooden lintels witch had dropped and caused all the brickwork to crack and move

Installed new concrete lintels and repaired all the brick work

Installed cement boards and re built the head above the window

Then finished it off with a sand and cement terilean finish

Just needs painting now
