We are pleased to share excellent progress on our latest project. The dormer structure is now complete, and construction is advancing rapidly.

This development will add two additional bedrooms 🛏️🛏️ and a modern bathroom 🛁, transforming the property from a 3-bedroom home into a 5-bedroom residence.

This significant increase in living space will not only enhance the property’s functionality but also greatly improve its long-term value. 📈✨

We kicked off this loft conversion in Southport this week and things are moving fast! 🚀 Big thanks to George at Ascension Scaffolding for getting the full roof scaffolded – massive difference already 👏

Here’s what we’ve achieved so far:
🧱 Tiles, batten & felt removed
🌬️ Insulation taken out
🔩 Floor steels in place
🏠 1 gable built to new height with padstone
🪚 New floor well underway

Exciting progress – roll on next week! 🔨💪
