Customer looked up today and said…
“Wow, that’s a lot of copper!”
We are only doing the main supply to the various bathrooms, towel rails, rads and UFH and while my initial thought was…
“Well, yes, obviously…”
It made me think, we have more to learn when it comes to explaining what is involved in projects we are asked to price and when challenged over those prices there is an understandable disconnect between a potential clients understanding and what is needed to do the project.
Never too late to learn.
