Being invited back is something we never take for granted. It’s a great reminder that doing a good job, looking after customers and building lasting relationships can open the door to future opportunities.

🔩 We’ve been a little quiet on here… but busy on site! 🏗️

It’s been a while since our last post, but that’s because we’ve been hard at work carrying out installations and fabrication projects for various companies.

Here’s a look at some of our recent work, including fully stainless steel machine guarding and access walkways, fabricated and installed to suit each site’s requirements.

Summer 26 - you have been a scorcher ☀️ which is fine unless you’re a skilled welder/fabricator working through it!!

We have missed birthdays, engagements and special occasions!!

However, we have been a little quiet on our social media just lately and for that we apologise - we have certainly not been quiet on the design, manufacturing and production side of JWE.

We have turned out some amazing work over the last few weeks and want to thank all of our loyal and dedicated team who have worked so hard to meet deadlines and kept projects on timelines for our customers.

We hope to share some of this work with you all very soon too as we are and continue to strive to meet our customers needs at all times

Are you an experienced MIG/TIG Fabricator & Welder looking for your next opportunity? Join our family-run engineering business with over 26 years of experience designing and manufacturing bespoke machinery for a wide range of industries.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

✔ MIG & TIG welding and fabrication
✔ Fabricating and assembling components from technical drawings
✔ Working with mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium
✔ Using hand and power tools safely and efficiently
✔ Sheet metal fabrication and general engineering duties

✅ What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience in MIG/TIG welding and fabrication
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Strong mechanical aptitude
* Experience using hand and power tools
* Minimum 3 years’ MIG welding and 3 years’ fabrication experience preferred
