We’re at it again — this time at Bradshaws EV, undertaking specialist fire-damage refurbishment and structural recovery works.

South Lincs Construction Ltd continue to support insurers, engineers and clients with complex industrial restoration projects, including:

• Structural steel replacement
• Temporary propping works
• Fire-damaged refurbishment
• Strip out and demolition
• Roof and cladding replacement
• Full project management and CDM coordination

Great progress on site at Pitt Lane, Ketton.

Infrastructure works are now well underway, including major groundworks, drainage and road construction packages preparing the site for the next phase of development.

Steelwork is now fabricated and ready to start going up shortly as the project continues to move forward at pace.

Good to be involved in another large-scale industrial development project.

Stage one is now underway, with the fun part beginning — full strip out and enabling works ready for the next phase of refurbishment and construction.

We are currently undertaking specialist insurance works at Enva Recycling involving fire-damaged structural steelwork and industrial refurbishment works.

The project includes:

• Temporary structural propping
• Structural management and sequencing
• Removal and replacement of fire-damaged steelwork
• Industrial refurbishment works
• Safe phased reinstatement of the building

Our experienced team works closely alongside engineers, insurers and clients to safely restore buildings back into operation with minimal disruption.

Another major step completed on this bespoke HGV Workshop project by South Lincs Construction Ltd.

Works completed to date include:

• Full architectural design coordination
• Archaeological investigations and site compliance
• Building Regulations package
• Foundations and structural groundworks
• Underground services and drainage installation
• External works and site preparation
• Steelwork design, engineering calculations and fabrication
• Full steel frame er****on
• Detailed cladding design, supply and installation

Next stage will see the HGV lorry pit installation before progressing into the internal fit-out works.

A full turnkey commercial build delivered by South Lincs Construction Ltd from concept, design and compliance through to fabrication, construction and final completion.

What an absolute achievement this one has been!amazing work by our team as always.

Copernus, Hull – Cold Store Project Update

Steel arrived late on Monday 1st December, and we are now fully operational on the cold store build — a fantastic milestone for the project.

We’re installing Kingspan Panels internally and externally, delivering the highest levels of quality, thermal performance, and long-term durability for our client.
