Garden done. Removed flower beds and a bu**er of tree root. Then tidy finished with stone on heavy duty w**d membrane.

Fence got blown over last weekend, today I put in 3 new posts. Customers wanted to reuse the fence panels to save some money before Christmas. I used 2 of the removed posts to shaw up and give extra support. Good for a few more years now..

Sealed, painted, finished. Again I have to stress this was not easy off the ladder... But now at least we know there will be no more water ingress nor should the owners need a lead metal worker to fully replace the bay roof (which would have been very expensive).

Spent a few days repairing soffit that was water damaged, put some new felt in place where the damage had caused water ingress. Made repairs to the led roof and fitted some felt in place to stop any further issues. Then gave all the wood and metal work a fresh coat of paint. This was Thursday, (not Friday due to bad weather) and today.
Tomorrow will be doing final white paint around top of bay window followed by sealant all around. I'll post the final photos tomorrow.

Very happy considering all done off ladders.
