RMJ Plant Hire The company was established by Richard Hodson who is better known by most as Marcus Hodson.

RMJ Plant Hire is family run business which consists of a team of a fully experienced workforce, we tackle anything from Groundworks, civil engineering, hard landscaping, bulk excavation, tree works and plant hire across the midlands. Marcus started in 1989 as a self-employed freelance machine driver, in 1992 he was able to purchase his first machine a CAT 428. By 1995 his small company had expanded to the point he was able to employ people and offer his groundwork expertise. Over the years he has built the business, now being in a position of having a strong skilled and qualified workforce of up to 40 people. RMJ PLANT HIRE now has the capability of running contracts from 10 thousand to 3.5 million.

We’re excited to welcome some new faces to the RMJ team – and they’re already making a big impact! 💪👏

Our latest site is moving along nicely thanks to the hard work and dedication of our new workers with some of our originals. From groundwork prep to block paving, the team is cracking on with top-notch quality and speed.
