As a direct result of customers asking if we could help with a solution for providing a bespoke, robust external weatherproof enclosure to house rooftop plant and equipment, we have been pleased to assist by designing and manufacturing several rooftop plant rooms. One of the first non-AHU enclosures we manufactured was a 6-meter-long, 3.2-meter-wide and 2.6-meter-tall plant room that connected to the building’s services, including water feeds.

Our most recent non-AHU external enclosure was for an NHS Hospital in Central London. Again, AirCraft Air Handling designed, manufactured and delivered the bespoke plant room directly to the hospital. As with other external plant rooms like this, it was delivered to the site in flat pack form, transported in modules to the rooftop via a stairwell and assembled by AirCraft Air Handling’s engineers in the exact place required by our customer.

The 2025 Women's Rugby World Cup kicks off this Friday, 22 August, and we're excited to see England's Red Roses in action!

England is in Pool A alongside Australia, the USA, and Samoa. The tournament begins with the Red Roses taking on the USA at Sunderland’s Stadium of Light and will conclude with the final at Twickenham Stadium on 27 September.
The entire team at AirCraft Air Handling will be cheering them on every step of the way. Good luck, Red Roses!

Recent developments in both vertical farming and smart commercial greenhouses are creating great interest across the world and here in the UK. The desire to create these indoor environments is driven by the need to increase crop yields of fast-growing, high-value low-biomass crops such as herbs, salads, small fruits, and vegetables.
