A part single/ part two story rear extension creating a new ground floor dining room and a bedroom with an En suite 🔥

A single story rear extension to form a new open plan kitchen / diner and utility room, and a new front porch with a WC 💥

We are now ready for the internal 1st fixing 😀

🏠 New Project 🏠

A new project started this week for our clients over in Woodham

💥Here we will be demolishing the existing side garage and building a new two story side extension and a single story rear & front extension 💥

Also something abit different with this one , the ground is very soft and in poor conditions so the the foundations need to be pile driven and then steel beams installed from pad to pad for the cavity walls to be built off of ! 💪💪💪

After 25 years of carrying out untold amounts of extensions / conversions/ renovations for private clients, weve finally jumped on the property development ladder for ourselves and brought our 1st property that hasnt been touched in decades !

We will be carrying out a loft conversion, two story rear extension and a full internal and external renovation here with the hope of getting this flipped , sold and moved on to the next property within a few months !💪

Here is some early pics 📸 of part of the strip out and demo works weve been fitting in and around our contracted daytime jobs !

Here's a few pics and a little update on our huge project over in Woodham 💥

- Two story extension built to plate height
- All steels now installed
- Main roof construction complete
- Internal structural alterations complete

We are now ready for the Roofers to come in and for the 1st fixing to begin to soon 💪

We are out of the ground and ready for the Brickies over at our project in Camberley 💥

Here we have taken down and disposed of an existing double garage ,
Dug new foundations and concreted,
Built up to DPC height,
All Underground Drainage installed ,
Block beam over site installed ......not bad going for 2 weeks work 💪💪

This one will be lovely huge two story side extension when completed!....stay tuned for more progress pics weekly 😀 📷

Main roof now completed ✅️

Over board under floor heating throughout whole ground floor completed ✅️

Decorating of the 1st floor has now begun ✅️

Tin hat scaffolding to come down end of this week 💪

Bathroom tiling will be completed this week 💪

Plastering finished early next week 💪

Bathrooms to be installed next week 💪

Kitchen to be installed end of next week 💪

Silicone render of the 1st floor external walls pending 💥

Brick slips to be installed on the ground floor external walls pending 💥

Herringbone Amtico flooring throughout the whole ground floor pending 💥

Over site prepped and consolidated with crushed concrete, blinded with sand and Dpm laid ✅️

Over site concreted ✅️

Ready to start the brick and block work tomorrow ahead of schedule ✅️💪
