Another completed project over in New Haw 🙌 💥📸

Here we built a new two story side extension, a single story rear extension and a front porch to create a lovely large open plan kitchen/ diner , utility room , study room, a front hallway entrance, 2 new bedrooms and a bathroom !💪

Also here the foundations had to be pile driven as the ground wasn't adequate enough for a traditional foundation , the piling method and the technology in carrying this works out has changed massively over the years, very much for the better too !

Another very happy and satisfied customer to add to the ever growing list !😃

Our very own 1st flip project is now complete and going on the market next week 🥳

These before and after photos 📸 speak a thousand words !💥

We turned this run down 2 bed property that hadn't been touched since the 1970s into a large 3 bed very modern family home !

We basically took this house back to the original 4 walls, took the main roof and started again....a loft conversion , a rear two story extension, 2 new bathrooms, a WC a new kitchen, complete rewire, brand new central heating system, complete re - plaster and decoration , new tiling, new flooring, new carpets and a new front driveway and back garden full landscape and silicone render to the external walls of the house !

We are absolutely over the moon with the finished article and we now look forward to this selling quickly so we can then move on to project 2 💪💥🔥📸
