🤓 A company must legally apply for an F gas certificate if they install, maintain or service stationary refrigeration, air conditioning and/or heat pump equipment containing or designed to contain F gas refrigerants.

✅ They ensure that we are following current legislation, are considerate to the environment and keeping accurate records. They basically make sure we are doing what we are supposed to. So many tradesman don’t have this certification but install anyway, which is extremely unsafe and illegal.

💭 Please make sure that the company you use ARE certified and the engineers are qualified.

🔧 Working on a variety of commercial property maintenance projects, from factory relocation to rectifying pipe blockages and carrying out roof repairs. Not to mention fire door installations for our casino clientele in Central London.

💧 Beating those Monday blues with a busy day in the city thermal imaging to track water ingress 💧.
🔎 We have been conducting thermal imaging surveys as it is one of the most accurate and non-invasive methods of assessing moisture damage, energy efficiency and electrical faults.
☔️ This weather is certainly taking its toll! Our thermal imager has been busy helping us find the problematic areas for our clients with ease!
