A refresh on this dormer roof. The original side of this dormer roof had seen better days. The laps were failing and every time we had heavy rain, the damp patch inside was getting larger.

We ripped up the old membrane roof and installed a new EPDM roof to join into the newer half of the dormer roof, which already had EPDM installed.

The customer mentioned the main house roof was going to be getting done in the near future, so we fit new leadwork to prevent any damage to the flat roof when this happens.

A project we've been working on recently.

From damaged, leaky and drafty slate roof to Water tight and insulated solid roof.

When the solar panels were fit many years ago unfortunately a large section of the slate were damaged and over the years these had determined.

Now the Roofs look fresh and are built to last many more years with new; breathable felt, battern, tiles and lead work.

This customer is converting their garage into a granny flat/ Annexe. With the roof space been turned into a bedroom, what easier way to flood light into the new room than a pair of velux.

This was a quick and simple job with the customer providing all the materials and also allocating the location to install the velux it really was as simple as turning up, installing & going home.

Another garage transformed. From a leaking partially usable storage space that was slowly getting worse to a 100% watertight space to store the garden furniture and more importantly the freezer and tumble dryer.

We stripped the old roof system off down to the bare joists, added on firrings to create a gentle pitch then osb board and a new EPDM roof on top. We also fit new PVC fascia and gutter to the garage to match the house and finish off the new clean look.

Summer house roof completed in morley.
Unfortunately not many pictures this time as we knew th weather was coming in.

This one was a quick and simple job as the builder of the summer house had done all the prep work; timber hoisting, insulating, VCL, and timber boarding.

We installed an Alwitra single ply roof. Fully bonded system with Alwitra drip metals all round and then Alwitra cover tape all round to make everything 100% waterproof for many years

Strip, Reclaim, Relay
The access to this one made it a pain in the backside with only a 2M scaffold to store the slate on whilst stripping.

The customer had a few leaks both in the roof area and the lead valley which had seen numerous repairs in the past.
A total strip back to the roof timbers, new lead valley, new timber batten and under felt, relay the slate worthy of reclaiming (with a few extra having to be purchased), new lead work to all 3 chimneys and finished off with a maintainance free dry ridge system.

Garage Transformation.
This garage had hit a state of disrepair that was making it unfit for purpose. The existing corrugated sheeting was leaking and no longer keeping anything inside dry.

The asbestos lads came in to correctly remove and dispose of the corregated sheeting. Once the area was clean and safe we built a new timber frame on top of the concrete panels, OSB board deck with UPVC fascia wrapped around it with a deep flow gutter and then and EPDM roof laid on top to ensure a water tight finish for years to come.

Now the garage is back to serving its purpose and keeping the garden furniture dry and in good condition waiting for summer out in the garden.

Lead deatil on a dormer before the builders put the cladding on and the flat roof on top of it too.

As you can see from the builders tiling work on the front of the roof this building is very far from square. With nothing been able to go on in the standard manor it made it a little trickier than usual but nothing that stopped the job from getting completed.

Another project pushed forward and another customer back water tight.
