CUSTOMER NOTICE
Due to an increasing number of last-minute cancellations and instances where work has already been completed elsewhere, we will now require a minimum deposit on all booked jobs.
Once a quotation and approximate timescale have been agreed, we reserve time in our schedule and often purchase materials specifically for that work. When jobs are cancelled without notice or we are informed on the day of attendance that the work has already been carried out, it results in unnecessary costs and lost time for our business.
We apologise to our valued customers who would never do this, but unfortunately it has become a frequent occurrence and this policy is necessary to help protect our time and resources.
